A Cedar Waxwing Hanging Out At The Celery Bog

Today I went for a walk at the Celery Bog. I had hoped to find some sort of egret or heron fishing, but they were all too far away from me. While I was mulling over my options this cedar waxwing posed for me on a branch. It was the perfect spot to be for a photo with a great background.

Take What You Are Given

At this point in my day the birds that I planned to see were not showing themselves to me. I could see them, but just not in a good spot to make a photo of them. Sometimes though you just need to chill out and let things come to you. This photo is a perfect example of that.
