Seeing The Downy Everywhere

While taking a morning walk through Prophetstown State Park I kept running into downy woodpeckers. They seemed to be everywhere. I have made photos of them before so I usually don’t go out of my way to make the photos. Here though I was trying to see if my micro adjustment made any difference so it was just what I needed.

Making A Microadjustment

I really was out there on a mission that day. I thought that a boring test in my studio would not accomplish much. I decided to head into the field to try it. That is probably not the ideal place to make a micro adjustment, but why not? I don’t think I got it dialed in, but I did get a nice walk in. Better than sitting in the studio any day.
