A Big Day In Nashville

As this post goes live the Purdue football team is getting ready for a big battle in Nashville today. This has been a good season, but winning your bowl game always makes it that much better. You have a little momentum going into the off season. Right now there is plenty of momentum around Purdue football. Maybe more than I can ever remember. There is a buzz around campus about this football team. A win against a perennial SEC power would be a great way to end the season. Even more so it would be a great send off for the senior class that stuck it out, and helped turn this program around. I will be working during the game today, but I bet they will have frequent updates for us in Mackey.

The Late Afternoon Light Hits Nashville

While in Nashville this past March I had an off day to walk around town. I tried to visit some things that I had not seen to that point yet. I made this walk with the intent of taking the drone up, but with some sort of an event going on at the football stadium there were too many people for me to comfortably fly it. I ended up with some interesting pictures though of the town. The sun even made a brief appearance to help this photo out.
