Great Light In Ocean City, Maryland

One night on our way to the boardwalk I asked to go the back way to our destination. With blue hour in full effect I wanted to walk by the OC Food Market. From past trips I knew that they had some great lights on the outside of the building that spilled onto the street in front. Those yellow tinted lights would look great with the blue skies above. I was right. As my family kept walking I made the photo above. I love the difference between the warm yellow light and the cold blue light in the sky. The detour was a success and I had my photo.

Always Catching Up

On trips in great light it seems like I am always catching back up to my family. For most of the trip I don’t stray too far. When the light is right though I make the most of it. Usually by the time I catch back up I find something else to pull me away. After a few minutes the light was gone, and I was back to being present.
