A Rough Game For the Boilers
Yesterday was a rough game to watch. Sometimes things just don’t go right, and it seemed as if that was the case for the Boilers yesterday. Early on in the game I seemed to be struggling just as much as the Boilers. I was not having an easy time getting my picture. I was picking the wrong side of the field, and the refs kept jumping in front of the player that I wanted to photograph. Then things started to work in my favor, and I made some pictures that I like.
The Background Helping a Photo
Normally I get upset at a bored fan ruining a photo. In the photo above though the two very excited fans I think actually make the photo. I liked the jubilation that the players were displaying, but the fans in the background seemed just as excited. In two weeks I hope that these two guys are back for the next home game.

The Big Man Gets His Chance
During the game Danny Etling was hit from behind causing a fumble. Purdue lineman J.J. Prince caught the fumble in the air, and headed for the hole as a running back would. Usually when the lineman has the ball something has gone wrong, but it was still great to see his instincts kick in, and he seemed to run fairly well with the ball.
Bonus Photos
I don’t think that I will make an Exposure page for this game so here are a few photos that I liked from the day.
