Using the GoPro Hero 3+ to Make a Time Lapse

Just before we went out on the boat on the holiday I decided to make a time lapse of the clouds. You could see them building off in the distance, and I thought that the clouds combined with all of the extra lake traffic would make a cool time lapse. What I didn’t expect was the way that the clouds behaved. They were really interesting to the point that I forgot that there were people on the lake. I love this view, and I may try this again with a couple of tweaks.

Putting the Time Lapse Together in GoPro Studio

I really like the GoPro Studio program. All I had to do was to throw the photos into it, and it put the movie together for me. The I went online to find a song for the video. I use Incompetech to find music for my videos. It is a free service that has decent music. For this one I tried to find something to match the tone of the video. I also wanted something that was about one minute long. This was a very easy video to make, and that is how it should be.
