Here is a quick video that I made while shooting the Supercross practice last Saturday. I was shooting heavy because I was shooting at around 1/20th and 1/30th of a second. Your first and last frames usually are not great here. I was trying to pan with the riders to make the middle frames come out. As with most panning the keeper rates go way down. When it hits though I love the result. This weekend I will be shooting a couple of sports, and I need to keep video in mind while doing so. I like the behind the scenes stuff so maybe I will post something from the Big Ten Tournament in Indianapolis.
