Photo of the Day
Yesterday I made the couple block journey to Bob Friend Field to catch a couple of baseball games. I only was able to see the last couple of innings of the varsity game, but they were a great couple of innings. West Lafayette used timely hitting to come back and win the game. Just after Parker Ronchetto singled in the game winning run he was mobbed by his teammates. I was positioned to get a potential play at the plate, but my spot also worked nicely for the celebration. I took a couple of shots of different aspects of the celebration, but I liked this one the best. The hero getting mobbed by his teammates is a good shot to me. I put a few other shots from the day up on my Facebook page here if you are interested in seeing them. This has been a fun year shooting baseball already, and it is still early.
Technical Data
This was an easy edit. I used my baseball (day) preset upon importing my photos from the game. That usually gets me pretty close to where I need to be on all of the photos. I then made a slight temperature adjustment and crop. From there the photo was ready to export.
