Photo of the Day
One of my favorite Purdue point guards to watch was FahKara Malone of the Purdue Boilermakers. She was very quick, and seemed to always be in the face of the opponent. She was pressed into duty very early at Purdue being the only point guard on the team her freshman year. I was able to watch her all four years, and she was a blast to watch. I took this picture in 2008 as the Boilers were playing the Valparaiso Crusaders in Valpo. I found a cool perch above the court where I could make pictures from up above the players. I got some interesting shots from up there, but I like how this one turned out.
Technical Data
I ran this picture through Lightroom and used the light sports preset to start things off. From there I had to try and get this looking good without going over the limits of a jpeg image. I think that I did okay here. The light in the ARC is not so great, but almost five years later I think that I got this picture to look like it should have back then.
