Tonight the Heisman Trophy winner will be announced. Three finalists are invited to New York for the presentation, but one man stands as the clear favorite. Manti Te’0 of Notre Dame. He is the star player on one of the two teams playing in the National Title game. He somehow has been able to make big plays on the big stages this year so his name has been kept in consideration. Time will tell if he will win the award, but with his Maxwell and Nagurski awards from earlier in the week I think that he has the momentum leading up to the ceremony. The ballots have already been cast, but you can kind of see the writing on the wall. Notre Dame has not had a Heisman Trophy winner since Tim Brown in 1987. Tim may not be the answer to that question after tonight.
Technical Data
This was another easy process. I just used the medium sports preset by Matt Kloskowski. That seemed to bring out the details that I wanted right away. I actually did try many other presets on this shot, but they all took it somewhere I did not want to go.
