Photo of the Day
On the eve of the Presidential Elections I thought that I would post this picture of President Clinton that I took on Dyngus Day in 2008 as he was campaigning for his wife Hillary. This is the only time that I have seen a President up close in person. In 2010 I sat across from the first President Bush as we watched Baylor and Duke play in Houston. At one point Clinton was literally feet in front of me, and his secret service man as you can see was very interested in my camera. I still think that Clinton was the best politician that I have seen or read about. He could really get his way, and you would be happy to oblige. He survived scandal after scandal with higher approval ratings coming out of them. I don’t know where he will rank in history as a commander in chief, but he was great with the public for sure.
Technical Data
Once again with a jpeg there is not much that I can do to the image. In fact I think I did more harm than good, but for some reason I feel that I have to edit everything anymore. I did play around in Lightroom a bit to get the image to a place that I liked. The big change that I liked was the cropped from a landscape image to a portrait.
