Day 188: Arriving in a Cloud of Dust

Tonight was another night that saw me watching the West Lafayette JV baseball team. They had a game against Central Catholic today. We rode our bikes down to the park to catch a couple of innings. I was playing around again with the fence trying to get it down perfectly. As you can see by the picture I didn’t always get a very crisp image. This one became the photo of the day though because of the content. It has a lot going on in it, and I love the cloud of dust around the base runner. I used to shoot almost all sports scenes, but lately it seems like I have really been taking pictures of anything but sports. The last couple of games have shown me that I am a little rusty. It is a little tougher, but in the end I like the results that I am getting. Maybe tomorrow I can get a few more images.
