Day 177 Bonus: One Shot At The Skyline

For the majority of my trip to Chicago the skyline shot that I wanted would not have worked. I spent my time Thursday when the weather was right getting shots from on top of the Hancock Building and the Sears (I mean Willis) Tower. On our last day in town the clouds cleared just in time for me to get a decent shot of the skyline. A slight fog was still covering the town, but thankfully the HDR process got rid of most of the effects from that fog. The effects can still be seen a little in the shot though. This is the last of my Chicago pictures to make the blog. I will have to plan another trip soon to get some more shots of this great city. This picture is not the greatest of the skyline, but I liked the way that the buildings cast their shadows onto the lake enough to add it as a bonus picture.
