Day 32: Cheesy Dinner

Today I had a busy day at work, and little time to go out and take pictures tonight before the sun set. With the time change my window for daylight pictures is much slimmer. I decided to take a picture tonight of my dinner. It is of one of my favorite dishes although one that is not very good for me. I take a package of California Blend vegetables and doctor them up until they are no longer good for me. It is worth it though because it tastes great. I thought that it was good enough to earn a spot on this blog. I might have to come up with some interesting subjects as it becomes dark during my non working hours.
