October 17th, 2011 (Day 11): Strawberry Wine Bottles

Part of the thing that I have learned so far in making wine is patience. I have never really been a patient person, but you have to have some to make wine. In June I started my strawberry wine which was my first from scratch. I really want to try it, but I have at least a couple of months before it is aged enough to even have an idea of how good it is. I thought that today’s picture should at least be of a sight that I see every day as I look into my wine boxes. I don’t keep the light on long, but I do like to just see what is waiting for me around Christmas.
